Artist Statement
I approach architecture as something shaped through movement, occupation, and time rather than as a fixed object. Through sustained photographic observation, I return to the same sites and reconstruct these repeated encounters through hand-built collage, combining multiple moments into a single image. Working typologically, I explore how architecture reflects cultural values through its design, history, and use. My work asks how photography can move beyond documenting appearance to reveal how places are experienced, inhabited, and remembered over time.
